Welcome to Look Good Gulf Karts. By using our website, booking golf cart rentals, or purchasing beach supplies, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

- You must be at least 18 years old to rent a golf cart or make a purchase. Minors are not permitted to operate golf carts
- A valid driver’s license is required to operate rental golf carts.

2. Reservations & Payments

- All reservations and purchases must be made through our website or approved booking methods.

- We accept payment in USD
- Payments are processed securely online. We accept major credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods.
- Full payment (or deposit, if applicable) is required to confirm a reservation.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

- Cancellations made 14 days before the rental start date may be eligible for a refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the rental are non-refundable.
- No-shows or early returns are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Rental Terms

- Renters are responsible for the safe and lawful operation of golf carts.
- Golf carts must be returned in the same condition as received.
- Any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required will result in additional charges.
- Golf carts may not be operated under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

5. Liability & Insurance

- Renters assume full responsibility for the golf cart and any passengers.
- We are not liable for accidents, injuries, property damage, or violations of law.
- Renters are responsible for fines, tickets, or towing fees incurred.

6. Website Use

- You agree not to misuse our website or attempt unauthorized access.
- All website content is property of Looks Good Gulf Karts and may not be copied or distributed without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.”

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama
